Ipswich Crematorium

Ipswich Crematorium is located in the New Cemetery site along with the west chapel and remembrance gardens. The chapel seats 105 people and is accessible so that wheelchair users are a part of the congregation. It also features a music system and a traditional pipe organ so you can choose which type of music you’d like as part of the service. A chapel attendant will also be on hand to answer questions for people as they arrive. 

There are a variety of options available when choosing how to lay your loved one to rest. These include niches in the temple of remembrance, and memorial roses. Please note: the gardens of rest at Ipswich Crematorium are now closed for burying or scattering ashes. But there are other options in the area, including cremation plots, vaults, and the scattering of ashes in the gardens of remembrance at the Millennium Cemetery on Tuddenham Road.
