Thanet Crematorium - Margate

Thanet Crematorium in Margate is owned by Thanet District Council. It has a service chapel which seats about 80 people plus standing room and has facilities to record and/or webcast services. Ashes may be scattered in the crematorium’s garden of rest or buried in a dedicated burial plot. There is also an area for woodland burials. Other memorial options include orb memorials in the rockery gardens and private memorial gardens which can be leased for 50 years.
