South Essex Crematorium - Upminster

South Essex Crematorium is next to Upminster Cemetery and is owned by the London Borough of Havering. It has 2 chapels: the South Chapel seats 90, with a further 30 on the balcony, and the East chapel seats 40. Services in either chapel can be webcast and/or recorded and the South Chapel also has facilities for visual tributes.

The crematorium has memorial gardens with burial plots for ashes. Above-ground sanctum vaults and wall niches for urns are also available. There are a range of memorials to choose from, depending on what you’d like. These include memorial plaques and trees as well as jewellery and keepsakes.
