Seafield Crematorium - Edinburgh

Seafield Crematorium was opened in 1938 by Edinburgh Crematorium Ltd to serve the communities in Leith and Edinburgh. The crematorium has a service room with seating for up to 120 people, which can be used for funeral services of any faith. There is also the option to webcast or record the funeral for friends and family who can’t attend on the day.

Seafield Crematorium is next to Seafield Cemetery. Ashes can be scattered or buried in the garden of remembrance or in the cemetery, which has plots specifically for burying ashes.
