Reading Crematorium is owned by Reading Borough Council and is on the same site as Henley Road Cemetery. Services can be held at the crematorium’s 2 chapels, the larger South Chapel and the smaller West Chapel. Both chapels are fully accessible for disabled visitors including Blue Badge parking, disabled toilets, hearing loops and braille funeral service books.
There’s a garden of remembrance, a memorial garden and a hall of memory next to both chapels. You can also choose from a range of memorials including a book of remembrance, memorial plaques, memorial jewellery and vaults for ashes.
