Peel Green Eccles

Peel Green Crematorium in Eccles is owned by Salford City Council and is in the grounds of Peel Green Cemetery. The crematorium has a chapel that can seat up to 100 people, with facilities for webcasting, recording services and displaying visual tributes. The chapel also has a loop system for people who use hearing aids. 

Peel Green has burial plots for ashes. Ashes can also be scattered on the lawns of remembrance, under turf also known as strewing or under a tree in the cemetery. The crematorium offers a range of other memorial options including memorial benches, commemorative rose bushes and a book of remembrance.
