The Medway Crematorium is owned by Medway Council and was opened in 1959. The crematorium is set within 14 acres of mixed woodland.
The crematorium is equipped with a digital music system but an organist can also be arranged. There are monitors that allow for visual tributes during services and webcasting is also available. There is a chapel of meditation where the books of remembrance are on display.
