Lodge Hill Crematorium is owned and run by Birmingham City Council. It shares its grounds in Selly Oak with Lodge Hill Cemetery. The crematorium has an accessible chapel with 2 waiting rooms, a Wesley music system with traditional and modern songs and an organist available on request. There’s also an induction loop system, braille hymn books and wheelchairs if you need.
You can get to the cemetery through its gates on Weoley Park Road. There are mini graves for ashes, as well as sanctum vaults. If you’re considering a memorial for your loved one, there are plenty of options. These include plaques, benches and sundial plaques.
