Breakspear Crematorium in Ruislip was established in 1957 and is owned by Hillingdon Council. It has 26 acres of grounds, including gardens of remembrance and a designated garden for commemorating children and babies. The crematorium has 2 chapels: the East chapel which is in a traditional style, and the West chapel which is more modern. Both chapels seat 80 people with room for another 50 standing.
You can choose to scatter ashes in the gardens or add a memorial. Options for memorials include memorial roses, trees, wall plaques and vaults for ashes. The gardens are open 365 days a year.
