Opened in 1986 by Roy and Christine Gwinnell, their eldest son eventually joined them in running the funeral home in 2002. They offer funerals including direct cremation, simple and traditional burials as well as eco-friendly woodland burials. They can also help you arrange a repatriation from abroad if needed or support you in securing a pre-paid funeral. R Gwinnell & Sons is accredited by the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) and the National Association of Memorial Masons (NAMM).
