Opened in 2007, Charnock Richard Crematorium in Chorley is run by Dignity. The crematorium has a multi-faith chapel, a memorial garden and a book of remembrance room. There’s a sound system, induction loop system and public address system at the chapel. They also have a large cremator to cremate larger coffins that would otherwise have to be buried.
